Dai-Ichi Auto Industries was founded in 1994 as a metal stamping service. Two years later we began supporting EMS manufacturers with complete line setup and precision tooling, and we have kept investing ever since: CNC machining, EDM and grinding, sheet metal bending and shearing, a weldment line and, most recently, in-house powder coating.
Today we design and machine jigs, fixtures, pallets, machining tools and complete line equipment for the semiconductor, medical and EMS industries. Our strength is understanding how a part lives on the production floor, not just how it looks on a drawing.

Bending and shearing machines are added, extending our capability into sheet metal fabrication.
A dedicated weldment line is introduced for fabricated frames, structures and assemblies.
The factory is expanded and more CNC machines are added to increase capacity.
